Key responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and IT contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, data processing agreements (DPAs).
Managing corporate law matters, including drafting minutes, preparing notices, and supporting shareholders’ and board meetings.
Supporting corporate governance activities and maintaining accurate corporate records.
Advising on data protection and compliance matters, including GDPR, ROPA, and regional frameworks in the EU and Latin America.
Providing legal support on intellectual property (IP) issues, including licensing, software protection, and technology transfer.
Conducting legal research and preparing reports on corporate, IT, and regulatory issues.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Law degree (completed).
0–2 years of experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and IT contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract law with focus on IT services, software licensing, SaaS, and digital platforms.
Familiarity with corporate law and corporate governance requirements.
Basic knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, Latin American frameworks) and experience with drafting or reviewing data processing agreements.
Understanding of intellectual property rights related to software, platforms, and digital products.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with ability to adapt to technical and business requirements.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (legal drafting and negotiation).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools for contract management.
