Currently, the L&Q team is essential in shaping our workforce through comprehensive new hire training and ongoing professional development. This role is already pivotal, directly influencing our organizational growth and operational excellence.

As the Junior Learning & Quality (L&Q) Analyst at Marcus Evans, you will be reporting to the Global L&Q Programme Manager and serve as a key contributor to our data-driven Learning & Quality function. You'll be responsible for managing and analysing global L&Q data, delivering comprehensive reports, and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive the effectiveness of our training programmes across all business verticals. Your role will be instrumental in evaluating programme ROI, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensuring our global initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Ownership - Oversee and manage global L&Q data across all business verticals, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the employee life cycle, maintaining a reliable foundation for all reporting and analytics activities.

• Reporting and Analytics - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualisations that track the ROI of global training programmes, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis.

• Programme Evaluation - Assess the performance and impact of L&Q programmes through detailed data analysis, highlighting areas for improvement and delivering insights that support continuous learning excellence.

• Tools Adoption and Training Delivery - Proactively explore and champion new analytics and reporting tools, translating that knowledge into hands-on training and guidance for stakeholders and L&Q teams to build data confidence and capability across the organisation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with L&Q teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs and data analysis remain aligned with organisational goals and the evolving needs of each business vertical.

• Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting frameworks, and data management practices, driving greater efficiency across global L&Q initiatives.

• Technology Integration - Support the integration and optimisation of technology solutions that streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis, bringing a curious and proactive mindset to embedding new platforms into the L&Q ecosystem.

• Compliance and Accuracy - Ensure full compliance with data management policies and governance standards, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and transparency in all reporting to uphold accountability across the organisation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably within Learning & Quality or HR.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

• Proven experience managing and reporting on multiple data sets simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data and insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and consistently delivering results.

• A quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset, open to new technologies, processes, and evolving organisational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience working within a global organisation, with exposure to international data management and reporting practices.

• Advanced knowledge of data visualisation and analysis tools, with hands-on experience integrating technology into data solutions.

• Experience working with CRM platforms and leveraging CRM data to support reporting and analytical outputs is a plus
