WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Johor, supporting key client accounts across our global inspection and testing operations.
With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, this role ensures clients receive accurate, timely communication throughout their jobs, working closely with the Key Account Manager and wider teams to support consistent service delivery.
The role involves assisting with job management, coordinating information between internal and overseas teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting client reporting. It is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in account management within a global, fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
Strong customer service mindset with focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
Basic understanding of job management or operational processes (inspection, testing or logistics preferred).
Strong communication skills with ability to produce accurate written and verbal updates.
Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, particularly in reporting, communication and record keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a team and support wider operational delivery.
Understanding of deadlines and service expectations in a client-focused environment.
Professional approach with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to follow processes accurately and use initiative where appropriate.

Required Work Experience
Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, logistics or operational role.
Exposure to service delivery, coordination, or workflow-based environments (desirable).
Required Qualifications
Relevant education (e.g. business, logistics, science or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Additional training in customer service or administration desirable.
Required Languages
English & Bahasa (in business proficiency level for written and verbal communication).
