Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in 2006 under the name of T-Systems Slovakia and ever since has been inextricably linked with the region when became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley. We have managed to grow from scratch to the second largest employer in the eastern part of the country with more than 3900 employees. Project description

The project involves developing and maintaining backend services and APIs within the Titans team. As a Junior Java (Spring Boot) Developer, you will support backend development and collaborate closely with frontend developers and testers to ensure smooth integration and high-quality delivery.

This role is suitable for recent graduates or students with initial experience in Java / Spring Boot who are willing to learn and grow.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support development and maintenance of backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Assist in designing and implementing REST APIs
• Collaborate with frontend developers on API integration
• Support testing activities and validation of functionalities
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and team collaboration
• Work with tools such as Git/GitLab, Maven, Postman, Swagger

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have basic experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Understand REST APIs and backend principles
• Are familiar with Git
• Are willing to learn and grow across development and testing
• Have a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Speak English - Upper intermediate (B2)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Swagger, Postman
• Basic knowledge of Angular or React
• Understanding of testing principles
• Knowledge of O-RAN technology is an advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1150€ /brutto.
