Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support the company’s internal IT operations and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our technical environment. This role combines hands-on ownership of office and employee IT with exposure to infrastructure service reliability and operational systems used across the company.
The position is well suited for a technically capable individual with strong initiative and the ability to grow into broader infrastructure and operational responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Internal IT Operations:
Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure including network connectivity, WiFi, meeting room technology, and end-user equipment
Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and workstations for employees
Install, configure, and support operating systems, development tools, and company software
Administer device management, identity, and access tools such as JumpCloud or similar platforms
Manage licenses for development tools and company-wide software solutions
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations
Infrastructure and Operations Support:
Support internal systems and infrastructure under guidance from senior team members
Assist with environment setup, access management, and operational tooling
Contribute to automation, monitoring, and system reliability initiatives as skills develop
Take ownership of defined operational tasks and improvements over time
Qualifications
One to three years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
Strong working knowledge of computers, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate when appropriate
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Formal degree is not required. Practical experience, certifications, military service, or self-directed learning are valued
Working proficiency in Hebrew and fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with macOS and Linux environments
Basic familiarity with cloud platforms or infrastructure tooling
Exposure to scripting or automation (Bash, Python, or similar)
Interest in infrastructure, reliability, or operational engineering
