Junior IT Financial Operations Analyst

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in serving as the backbone of IT financial integrity by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software-related credit card expenses and procurement requests. This role is responsible for ensuring that all IT spend is meticulously tracked, reconciled, and compliant with company global financial policies. and contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Execute the end-to-end monthly reconciliation process for IT-related credit card expenses, ensuring all receipts are collected and coded within strict deadlines.

• Perform detailed audits of IT spend to ensure policy compliance, proactively flagging discrepancies and resolving missing documentation or unauthorized charges.

• Identify smart automation opportunities using GenAI tools to streamline receipt collection, transaction categorization, and stakeholder communications.

• Action and monitor software procurement requests within Jira Service Management to ensure timely service delivery and workflow transparency.

• Maintain accurate financial records of credit card spend to support the IT Portfolio team with monthly financial reporting and budget alignment.

• Coordinate as the primary point of contact between IT stakeholders, credit card holders, and the Finance department to ensure seamless process alignment.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in an operational financial role, specifically focused on expense management or IT financial coordination.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade ERP or expense tools (e.g., Oracle, Workday Expenses, SAP Concur).

• Workflow Systems: Advanced proficiency in using Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems to manage high-volume stakeholder requests.

• AI Literacy: Practical understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) to assist in data organization and process automation.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional meticulousness in auditing line items and ensuring 100% financial accuracy.

• Communication: Assertive and professional English communication skills, with the ability to drive compliance across all levels of the organization.

• Preferred: A basic understanding of IT terminology (SaaS, Cloud, Hardware) to ensure accurate expense categorization.
