We are looking for bright and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our IT Department. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across three core IT domains within a global enterprise environment:

1. Helpdesk & End-User Support:  Be the point of contact, providing technical support and solving IT issues for our global employees, developing strong customer service skills.

2. Infrastructure & Cloud: Get hands-on experience with our network systems, servers, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity fundamentals.

3.Application Support & Development: Work with business applications, learn about ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and contribute to projects that improve business processes. 

4. Cross Region cooperation: participate in regional/ group It projects, support global IT policies & projects can be applied well and properly locally. 

Upon successful completion of the 'rotation', you will transition into a permanent role within the IT department that best matches your skills and interests, setting you on a path to become a future IT leader. 

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. A passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in IT within a global manufacturing environment. 

3. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). 

4. A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help and support others.

5. A strong continuous learning awareness. You are naturally curious, a quick learner, and eager to develop new technical and professional skills. 

6. Adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural setting.

7. Willing to business trip (mostly is overseas business trip). 

8. Work under pressure.
