As an IT Engineer at Crossjoin Solutions, you are part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering Dependable Systems — ensuring performance, resilience, and observability across complex IT ecosystems. Your mission is to understand client challenges, design efficient solutions, and implement them with excellence, always aligned with Crossjoin’s core values of quality, innovation, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize IT environments, identifying gaps, risks, and performance bottlenecks

• Implement and integrate enterprise solutions (Oracle, OutSystems, microservices, cloud, observability platforms, etc.)

• Support Performance Acceptance Tests (PATs) and other quality assurance frameworks

• Develop automation and observability use cases to improve system dependability and operational visibility

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Competence Centers to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science

• No professional experience needed

• Understand different concepts around programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, and SQL

• Understand different variations around databases, SQL, and NoSQL, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB

• Excellent communication, resilient, and goal-oriented

• Analytical mindset

• Driven by technology and challenges

• Fluency in English (be able to write and speak)

• Be able to travel.
