We are looking for a collaborative Junior IT Client Manager to join our IT Operations Team, focusing on delivering high-quality internal IT support and services to our employees. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for end-user support and provide technical assistance in-person to employees or via help-desk tickets, covering issues like networking, software installations, system repairs, and user account management to ensure operational productivity.
Note: Due to the nature of this position, you would need to be in our office at least 3x/week.
As part of our handpicked team of experts, you will
• Support with the provision and management of mobile devices (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS)
• Assist with the user management in Microsoft Entra ID
• Keep the asset management data up to date
• Provide support to colleagues in the daily business
• Improve process documentation and user knowledge base
