He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials

Requirements:
• Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience

• Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.
• Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
