About the Role

We’re hiring a small cohort of Junior Investigation Analysts to review transaction footage and identify potential theft.

This is a fully remote, independent role with no meetings or live supervision. The work is repetitive and detail-focused, and success depends on your ability to stay consistent and accurate over time.

What You’ll Do

• Review video footage of retail transactions

• Identify and flag potential theft using defined guidelines

• Accurately document findings in our system

• Maintain consistent quality and productivity

What This Role Is Like

• Independent, self-managed work

• No meetings or calls

• Repetitive and detail-intensive

• Performance-based (not hourly)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stay focused for extended periods

• Comfortable working independently without supervision

• Reliable internet connection and computer

Nice to have

• QA / content moderation / data review experience

Compensation & Expectations

• Performance-based pay (earnings tied to accuracy and output)

• Expected commitment: 30+ hours per week

• This is not an hourly role
