• Contributes to cycle counts, internal stock takes, and audited ones
• Assists in matches the quantities and value of stock with the system
• Points out issues causing discrepancies
• Makes sure the inventory processes are implemented and escalates in case of non-abidance
• Coordinates with senior inventory controller prior and post the cycle counts, internal stock takes, and audited ones
• Covers KPIs by store for ex: counting/checking
• Handles physical verification, regular reconciliations, and general monitoring of stock activity
• Assists in developing and implementing inventory policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing studies related to inventory levels and consumption
• Participates in monthly and annual stock counts in the field
• Coordinates with warehouse team to implement and ensure a control system to reduce inventory obsolescence
• Audits freshies treatment, zoning, returns, receiving, batches and transfer sites, then acts according to each status
• Fills in impeccably related reports upon visits
• Performs other duties as assigned
0 to 1 year of relative work experience (preferably FMCG or retail)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or supply chain or any equivalent degree
