Key Responsibilities:

Adapt video ads and banners to fit different advertising platform specifications
(Google Ads, Criteo, WeTransfer, etc.).
Design and develop animated ads (HTML5, GIFs, MP4, etc.) for various online advertising platforms.
Create motion graphics and video-based ads using tools like After Effects.
Develop rich media and playable ads, requiring coding knowledge (HTML5, JavaScript, etc.).
Stay updated on the latest trends in interactive advertising and suggest new creative approaches.
Work collaboratively with Commercial and Ads-Operations teams to meet deadlines and creative objectives.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in interactive media design, motion graphics, or a related field (internships or freelance work considered).
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript for interactive ads.
Experience with video editing and animation for digital marketing.
Basic understanding of ad platforms and their technical requirements.
Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative consistency.
A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, interactive ads, and rich media projects.
Bonus Points: Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
