Roles and Responsibilities
Installation of BG technology at customer sites
Work closely with field engineers and work to resolve deployment issues
Assemble mechanical components for installation on site
Validate workmanship of vendors installation – Critical eye
Identify, report, and track defects
Receive, manage, and control materials on site
Ensure compliance to building codes by all federal, state, and/or local regulations
Experience and Education Required:
BS or AS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Trade School Certification, or equivalent work experience
0-2 years field experience working on large scale projects
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Some working knowledge and application of equipment reliability principles
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components during installations
Experience with all common hand and power tools
Ability to read and update CAD drawings or other engineering diagrams
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to communicate effectively with customers daily
General electrical knowledge
Travel: Will travel be required? Yes, 100%
