We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Influencer Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about social media and influencer marketing, eager to learn, and ready to support the execution of impactful campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in various stages of influencer marketing and contributing to successful client outcomes within a collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members in analyzing client briefs to understand campaign objectives and requirements.

• Support the development of creative influencer marketing strategies and campaign proposals.

• Contribute to maintaining positive client relationships through professional communication and support.

• Assist in the day-to-day coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to post-analysis.

• Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential influencers across various platforms.

• Support the negotiation of costs and contractual terms with influencers.

• Assist in reviewing influencer-created content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the paid media team to understand and support content amplification strategies.

• Help monitor campaign performance, collect data, and contribute to performance reports and presentations.

• Support the tracking of influencer budgets and assist with data entry into financial systems.

Required skills:

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internship or volunteer experience is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and a keen interest in learning project management principles.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn how to interpret data and derive insights.

• Strong interest in the Romanian influencer market and current social media trends.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an interest in influencer marketing tools.

• Fluency in Romanian and English, written and spoken, at an advanced level.
