To accelerate our brand growth, we're looking for an Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist — someone at the beginning of their career, eager to grow, hands-on, and already familiar with the world of creators and social media.

About the role
This is a junior, hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing. You’ll support and co-create influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, working closely with our Influencer & Partnerships Manager and the wider marketing team. From day one, you’ll be involved in real projects with guidance, feedback, and mentoring from experienced team members.
Your key responsibilities
* Searching for and reaching out to influencers and creators (health, lifestyle, parenting, wellness)
* Supporting the execution of influencer campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
* Coordinate UGC-driven campaigns from brief through to content delivery.
* Support contract negotiations and manage deliverables and timelines.
* Brief creators and monitor content production, ensuring brand and medical compliance.
* Tracking basic campaign results (e.g. reach, engagement)
* Monitor influencer marketing trends and competitor activity.
What will help you succeed
* 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, social media or creator collaborations.
* Basic understanding of how influencer campaigns work — from briefing to reporting.
* Good communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Curious and analytical — you like to understand what works and why.
* Fluent Polish and English.
* Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work.
Nice to have: hands-on experience with influencer platforms (Modash, Upfluence or similar). Background in health, wellness or lifestyle. Experience in a startup environment.
