The Opportunity

This Junior Influencer and Affiliates Manager role is a brilliant chance to take real ownership of influencer and affiliate campaigns for Dermatica, a subscription based skincare brand, guiding everything from discovery and outreach through to activation and performance analysis, all with a clear focus on driving ambitious UK growth. You will build and grow meaningful relationships with influencers, publishers, agencies and internal teams, making sure the programme feels energised and effective. Alongside this, you will handle the essentials such as PO raising, AWIN onboarding and transaction management, giving you a strong operational grounding. As you settle into the role, you will also have the freedom to experiment creatively, testing new ideas, learning from the data and documenting what works so the programme keeps getting smarter and stronger over time.

This is a full time, permanent role. The successful candidate will have a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week in our Liverpool St WeWork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage influencer partnerships across gifted, affiliate, and paid channels, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing program

• Own and scale the UK influencer and affiliate programme, driving growth against ambitious commercial targets

• Take full accountability for influencer and affiliate performance, optimising against LTV/CAC and broader efficiency metrics

• Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Apply a pragmatic, data-led approach across the full influencer funnel, from discovery and outreach through to negotiation, briefing, reporting, and long-term relationship building

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to support programme objectives

• Lead creative testing and experimentation over time, developing hypotheses, analysing results rigorously, and documenting learnings to inform future strategy

Who you are:

• At least one year’s experience in B2C, performance-led influencer marketing, with a proven ability to drive revenue through measurable partnerships

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments and activating influencer and affiliate relationships against ambitious commercial goals

• A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, able to build and manage successful partnerships while working within budgets

• Deep knowledge of the UK influencer landscape and how to identify, activate, and scale the right creators for performance

• Highly data-literate, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from large or imperfect datasets

• Hands-on experience with AWIN or similar affiliate platforms, with CRM experience considered a plus

• Strong belief in data-led decision-making, testing, and ongoing performance optimisation

• Growth-minded, proactive, and self-motivated, thriving on challenge and delivering results under pressure

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to build trusted cross-functional relationships

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving and scaling effectively
