We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist who is passionate and wants to play a key role in a company that is shaping a sustainable future. The Junior HR specialist will ensure positive employee experience across the organization. The role covers the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment, to talent development and HR administration to offboarding.
Job responsibilities:
Active support in the recruitment process: posting job ads, coordination of interviews, active communication with candidates and hiring managers
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process of new employees: creating documents in collaboration with the external payroll agency, conducting meetings with employees and creating onboarding plans and training
Assist country and department managers with performance review cycles
Support the payroll/HR administration by collecting, reviewing and submitting data to the external payroll provider
Maintain and administer HRIS BambooHR, ensuring data accuracy and documentation storage
Coordinate ESG related matters on the local division (reporting, policy implementation, policy update etc.)
Analyze training needs and develop talents
What We Expect:
Business or Psychology student or graduate
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Canva)
English Language B1/B2 or higher
No prior HR experience is needed – training will be provided; however, customer service or management skills will be considered as a plus
Willingness to go on short business trips few times per year
