Junior HR & People Generalist - CEE - German Speaking (f/m/d)

Welcome to Auvaria – an international cloud and technology company operating across Austria, Germany, and CEE. We are looking for a Junior HR & People Generalist (f/m/d) on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week).

This role is explicitly designed for people who want to gain hands-on HR experience while working flexibly.

Your Role
As a Junior HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to onboarding and general HR operations. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Leadership and gain practical experience in international People Operations within a fast-growing tech environment.

Your Responsibilities

Recruiting Support
• Support the full recruiting process (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
• Assist with sourcing and initial screening
• Conduct first interviews yourself 
• Maintain our applicant tracking system
• Help ensure a strong candidate experience

Employee Lifecycle Support
• Support the preparation of employment documents
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain digital personnel records
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

HR Operations
• Support payroll preparation tasks
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
• Contribute to policy updates and benefit administration

Your profile::
Ideally, ongoing or recently finished university studies (e.g. Business, HR, Law, Psychology, or similar)• Strong interest in HR and organizational development
• Fluent in German and English (both required)
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
• High level of integrity and willingness to learn
• Confident in MS Office; HR system experience is a plus
