⏰ Shift Schedule & Work Setup:
• Work Schedule: 3:00PM - 12:00AM PHT (Mondays to Fridays)
• 100% Remote – work from the comfort of your home
• Applicants should be equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.) to ensure a smooth start and seamless workflow
🏢 Job Summary:
The Junior HR Associate will support day-to-day HR operations and work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in a staff augmentation environment. This role supports employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, coaching initiatives, and remote employee engagement programs to help drive performance, connection, and retention in a distributed workforce.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle
• Work closely with the HR Business Partner on HR initiatives, employee concerns, and documentation
• Assist in employee coaching efforts, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination of action plans
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordination and document processing
• Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries and employee support
• Help plan and support employee engagement initiatives in a remote setup (e.g., virtual activities, surveys, recognition programs) or in person whenever needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Payroll, IT, and Operations to support HR processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Business Partner or PH Operations Head
Requirements:
đź’ˇ Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in a staff augmentation, outsourcing, or remote-first environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
