Werden Sie Teil des Country Operations Teams bei AUTO1 Group und unterstützen Sie zentrale HR-Aktivitäten, während Sie gleichzeitig zur Talententwicklung, Unternehmenskultur und Teameffektivität beitragen.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (Onboarding, Offboarding, Vertragserstellung, Dokumentation)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team bei der Bearbeitung täglicher HR-Themen
• Ansprechpartner*in zwischen Mitarbeitenden, Abteilungen und weiteren Stakeholdern
• Unterstützung und Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten zur Verbesserung interner Prozesse
• Erste Einblicke in arbeitsrechtliche Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Legal
• Pflege korrekter HR-Daten sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen internen Dokumentation

Requirements:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Personalwesen oder vergleichbar
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil
• Zuverlässige, diskrete und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1 sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
