Junior Growth Specialist / Data Entry (Contract)

We’re looking for a Hybrid Data Entry & Growth Specialist who combines the precision of a data analyst with the curiosity and initiative of a growth marketer. You’ll help our team research, organize, and execute experiments, while also staying on top of project tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.

You’ll play a key role in transforming raw research and experimental data into actionable insights and visuals that guide our next decisions. If you love research, structure, and making complex data simple and clear: this is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in Semrush and similar SEO tools.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and data sets for growth campaigns.
• Assist in designing, documenting, and preparing growth experiments.
• Keep track of all ongoing experiments in JIRA, Airtable, and internal dashboards.
• Collect results from growth tests and translate them into clear, visual presentations (Slides / Google Docs).
• Update dashboards and prepare new presentations based on experiment outcomes.
• Maintain data hygiene across systems and ensure reports are always up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements for experiment tracking and communication.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth experimentation.
• Proven ability to use Semrush (keyword research, clustering, intent analysis).
• Excellent data entry and organization skills – accuracy and speed are non-negotiable.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, JIRA, and Google Slides/Docs.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to connect data to decisions.
• Attention to detail: you’ll be responsible for ensuring everything inside growth stays current.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bonus: experience preparing internal reports, experiment decks, or growth documentation.
