Saga is growing. Law firms are adopting the platform, usage is compounding, and the self-serve flywheel is starting to spin. What's missing is the person who owns what happens next, who turns curious free users into committed paying customers, and builds the systems that make that repeatable.
Your role as Growth Manager
This is a builder role. You'll own the channels and systems that bring new users into Saga Solo - across geographies, without relying on partnerships or enterprise sales cycles. You'll work closely with the Global Product Growth Manager to design and execute scalable acquisition strategies, then run them with autonomy.
There is no fixed playbook. You'll build it. From content and community to outbound and paid, you'll experiment fast, cut what doesn't work, and double down on what does. Your impact is direct and measurable from day one.
What this looks like:
• Own the day-to-day execution of acquisition channels: content, paid, outbound, and community
• Build and iterate on PLG (product-led growth) motions that turn free users into paying customers
• Analyse funnel data to identify drop-off points and design experiments to address them
• Collaborate with product and engineering to surface insights that improve the self-serve experience
• Track performance against clear acquisition metrics and report with clarity and honesty
• Stay sharp on the competitive landscape in legal AI and surface relevant intelligence
