We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Junior Growth Marketing Specialist to support our centralized User Acquisition department, with a key focus on learning and contributing to the Affiliate and Partnership channels. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to launch a career in performance marketing by learning the fundamentals of relationship management and data-driven growth. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will assist in day-to-day affiliate management, gain exposure to negotiation, and have the opportunity to contribute to other core UA channels as you grow.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Support Affiliate Operations: Assist the Senior Specialist in the day-to-day management of the Affiliate and Partnership channels, including onboarding new partners, managing tracking links, and ensuring partners adhere to compliance standards.

• Assist in Outreach & Scouting: Help identify, scout, and organize potential new affiliates and strategic partners, assisting in initial contact and relationship documentation.

• Data Reporting & Analysis: Collect, organize, and report on campaign performance data (including conversions and core metrics), helping to spot trends and support data-driven optimization efforts.

• Cross-Channel Learning: Gain valuable exposure to the execution and optimization of other core UA channels (e.g., Paid Social, Search) based on departmental needs and training opportunities.

• Process Documentation: Assist in documenting and maintaining efficient operational processes for partner tracking, contracting, and payment.
