Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing & Branding) for a USA Client - Remote

We’re looking for a remote Junior Designer across all LATAM to support our client's creative team across branding, ads, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in visual design who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

• Create visual assets for ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
• Execute designs based on creative briefs and direction
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Support fast-paced production of creative assets

Branding & Visual Direction

• Apply strong branding principles across all work
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and guidelines
• Support the evolution and refinement of the brand’s visual direction
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and presentation

Creative Support

• Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring concepts to life
• Translate ideas and messaging into compelling visuals
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance

Workflow & Collaboration

• Manage tasks within structured workflows
• Communicate clearly on progress, updates, and revisions
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
• Strong foundation in branding and visual design

• Good eye for layout, aesthetics, and creative direction
• Experience designing for ads, social media, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Ability to follow direction while also contributing creatively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
• Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team environment
