Let’s start with the role
As a Junior Gaming Content Management Specialist, you will be introduced to the Gaming team’s daily routine and receive training and education to support the coordination of planning, editing and publishing Casino content for our services. You will work closely with the team, supporting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best Casino content across Kaizen Gaming.
As a Junior Gaming Content Management Specialist, you will:
• Support in performing ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the Gaming Ops Team Lead (Casino positioning, Vendors’ performance, Games Performance etc.);
• Support with CS and other inquiries - troubleshooting;
• Support the team in liaising with game vendors regarding content issues as they arise;
• Support the team in liaising with third party test labs. Assist with documentation and games testing;
• Execute Gaming roadmap per country;
• Prepare and upload game rules and thumbnails for every game release;
• Ensure games are added to staging/production Back Office;
• Support with UX/UI and any requests might arise from other internal teams, e.g. conduct competition benchmarking.
What you will bring
• Relevant experience or broader domain knowledge;
• Keen interest in online gaming products;
• Basic command of the Google Suite tools for reporting and analysis purposes will be considered a plus;
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Agile mindset, adapting easily within a fast-paced environment and meeting targets within tight deadlines;
• Exceptional command of the English language.
