What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prepare content specifications (battle pass, gacha, live-ops).
• Assign and review 2D/3D assets.
• Сonfigure features in Unity.
• Work with config files, spreadsheets, and tune balance.
• Maintain up-to-date design documentation.
• Handle localization tasks.
• Investigate bugs and coordinate with QA.
• Drive features from concept to release.
What We Expect From You:
Technical & System Thinking
• Education in math, programming, engineering, or game design.
• Strong math skills with basic knowledge of probability and in-game economy.
Programming & Tools
• Basic programming skills.
• Experience with Unity (pet or study projects), ability to prototype simple mechanics.
• Confident in Excel / Google Sheets.
Game Design
• Experience playing multiplayer games, especially Rust or MMORPGs.
• Understanding of core loops and game systems.
• Interest in balancing, progression, and economy.
Soft skills & Language skills
• Structured thinking with clear written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner, responsible, and proactive.
• Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Bonus If You Have:
• Personal game projects/prototypes or participation in game jams.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, complex sheets).
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary.
• Remote work format.
• A passionate and supportive team that values creativity and ownership.
• Opportunities for professional growth.
• A culture built on initiative, transparency, and collaboration.
