About the role

Join us in this exciting role as a Junior Full Stack Engineer in our Ho Chi Minh City office to help us build the future of the Swiss real estate market by contributing to our cutting edge, cloud based, technology stack. You will learn to deliver features across the full stack - frontend, backend,  infrastructure and operations - with guidance from experienced engineers, while collaborating closely with partners across Product and Design.

 

About the position

As a Junior Full Stack Engineer, you'll contribute to features used by thousands of customers while building your foundations as an engineer:

• Write clean, maintainable code and help design, implement and test features across the stack - with support from senior engineers when you need it

• Get hands-on with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices in a real production environment

• Learn to keep services healthy - read dashboards, respond to incidents alongside your team, and document what you learn

• Work transparently with Product, Design and Engineering - share progress early, clarify requirements, and close the loop

• Pair regularly, take feedback well, and treat code reviews as a chance to grow

 

Our tech stack

• Frontend: React with TypeScript/JavaScript (Vue.js experience is a plus)

• Backend: TypeScript/Node.js services plus a substantial PHP codebase; cloud-native on AWS (serverless/containers, IaC)

• Observability: Datadog (incl. RUM) and Kibana for logs/metrics/traces (clear, actionable alerting)

• CI/CD & Docs: GitHub Actions + Backstage (service catalog/documentation hub)

We're looking for someone eager to learn and contribute to reliable products. Here are the qualities that will help you thrive in this role:

• Strong communication: Excellent English skills; you share progress, flag risks early, and ask for help when you need it

• Professional experience: 1+ year of relevant experience with exposure to web development

• A collaborative mindset: You work well with others and stay constructive when things get tricky

• Curiosity about how reliable software is built - from code to cloud to production

 

Hands-on experience with any of the following will be a plus:

• Familiarity with React, Vue.js or another modern frontend framework

• Some experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PHP or similar backend work

• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

• Comfort with Git and a basic understanding of CI/CD
