Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer (AI-Enabled) to support the development of high-quality websites and web applications using modern no-code/low-code platforms and full-stack technologies. This role leverages AI-assisted workflows to enhance development speed, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong web development fundamentals, excellent problem-solving ability, and is open to being trained deeply in AI-enabled development practices as part of a structured growth track.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Application Development
• Assist in building high-quality marketing websites and web applications using Framer, Webflow, and modern frameworks
• Support development of custom front-end and back-end functionality when platform limitations require it
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO best practices under guidance
• Collaborate onsite and remotely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready builds
AI-Assisted Development
• Learn and use Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI tools to support development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation
• Apply AI for rapid prototyping, code generation, UX copy support, workflow automation, and testing under senior guidance
• Continuously improve development speed and output quality through AI-driven processes
• Participate in structured training to deepen AI workflow capabilities
Best Practices & Growth
• Contribute to clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases
• Follow guidance on when to use platforms versus custom code
• Participate in code reviews and collaborative learning sessions
• Support security, performance, and scalability standards across projects
