First Impression enables the best possible work environment for everyNetlighter. The person we are looking for will be the frontperson at our Stockholmoffice, we are looking for someone who has earlier experience with custom serviceand/or reception.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a junior front desk and conference host with an exceptional sense of service, a drivenpersonality with high ambitions, who will work with a strong focus on receptionand administration. You will be part of the First Impression team, convey a pro-fessional and positive first impression. This applies both via email and tele-phone as well as at the personal meeting.

This is a temporary role between May 2026 – August 2027

Tasks:
• Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception.

• Have full responsibility for our new hire process.

• External conference and workshop host

• Representing First Impression in new hire events.

• Responsibility for phone subscriptions.

• Responsibility for alarm and security at the office.

• Managing all deliveries to and from the office.

• Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters.

• Sustainability and environmental work.

• Cooperation with our operations team.

• Support Netlight’s core business.

Requirements :
• Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Unpretentious and a humble team player

• Curious and resourceful mindset

• Attention to detail and great organizational skills

Qualifications :
• Experience in customer service

• Experience with conference preparations

• Experience within reception

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
