We zoeken een Junior Financial Controller die verder kijkt dan het verwerken van cijfers. Jij begrijpt niet alleen wat er wordt geboekt maar je begrijpt ook waarom. Je ziet waar processen vastlopen, waar onnodig handmatig werk plaatsvindt en waar we eigenlijk water naar de zee dragen. In plaats van alleen fouten te corrigeren, ga jij op zoek naar de oorzaak. En belangrijker nog: naar de oplossing.

Het doel? Processen zó goed inrichten dat transacties automatisch en correct verlopen en jij je vooral richt op de uitzonderingen en verdere optimalisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de boekhouding binnen één of meerdere entiteiten. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen cijfers controleren.

• Verantwoordelijk voor grootboek, maandafsluiting, btw-aangiftes en intercompany transacties

• Analyseren en oplossen van complexe boekingsverschillen

• Samenwerken met het transactieteam en zorgen voor een juiste inrichting van transactiestromen

• Signaleren waar handmatige processen onnodig tijd kosten

• Initiëren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen en automatisering

• Optimaliseren van ERP- en financiële processen zodat transacties zoveel mogelijk automatisch en correct verlopen

• Bewaken van de kwaliteit van financiële data en rapportages

• Schakelen met Finance, de business en externe partijen
