As part of the development of our Swiss market, we are looking for an autonomous Junior Finance controller, who appreciates challenges and working in startup mode. In this position you will cover a wide range of activities and develop in a fast-moving environment and report to the Country Director-Switzerland.
Your Mission
Co-piloting
Prepare monthly reports (Balance sheet, Cash flow statement and P&L), with the analysis of variances vs. budget/forecasts, alert management in case of deviation and participate in monthly performance monitoring calls with the headquarters in Switzerland
Manage reporting of operational KPI data for Swiss market, aggregating data from NetSuite and Sales Force
Establish the budget and forecasts with the support of the market director and the HQ team in Switzerland, ensure the implementation of the business plan
Estimate projected cash flows in the short and medium term
Analyse the profitability of bottling plants in Switzerland (incl. unit economics)
Support the Market Director and CFO in the search for financing (asset financing)
Carry out ad-hoc analyses (investments, pricing, etc.) and participate in the continuous improvement of our processes through active involvement in various projects
Finance and Administration
Establish customer invoicing and manage revenue recognition in NetSuite, track receipts and conduct customer reminders
Validation of purchase orders for the market, control of centralized supplier invoices by administrative assistance
Coordinate monthly closings with the in-house accountant and external accounting firm in compliance with the deadlines imposed by the group, control the accounting and analytical allocations of supplier invoices and salaries
Coordinate quarterly physical inventories
Be the NetSuite super-user for the Swiss market and ad-hoc requests from other smaller markets (UK, Morocco, Exports, etc.). Work with NetSuite integration consultants’ technical systems improvements together with Group Finance Controller
Your Profile
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management
3-4 years of professional experience, in a similar position or in an audit firm.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with common IT tools and business software (NetSuite a plus)
Solid knowledge of controlling and accounting
Very good communication skills, written and verbal, in French and English, German is a plus
Versatile and entrepreneurial spirit
Results-oriented and good stress management
Organization and prioritization skills
Team player, but ability to work independently
