Junior Finance Manager

Your mission:

Then you might be our next Junior Finance Manager, currently specializing in Accounts Receivable—the magical world where invoices go out, money comes in, and everyone sleeps better at night.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, including e-invoices, recharges, and adjustments.
• Communicate with customers and banks to clarify billing-related questions and ensure smooth AR processes.
• Support credit control and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist with cash application and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain AR aging, customer tracking, and deferred revenue files.
• Complete supplier forms, provide documentation for prospects, and follow up on POs.
• Request tax residency certificates and support double taxation documentation.
• Input data into revenue/billing systems and assist with basic automation initiatives.
• Contribute to simple financial reports and AR metrics.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Assist with coordinating outsourced accountants.
• Assist with general finance ad hoc queries as required.

Your profile:
What You Bring
• Education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; reliable and organized.
• Interest in AI trends in finance and openness to process automation.
• Motivation to pursue ACCA exams (sponsored by Hypatos).
• Good command of English and German.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial systems.
