We’re excited to introduce a hands-on role at the core of our service operations in Poland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers on-site, ensuring our solutions operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.

• Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV and energy storage systems across Poland
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure high system availability and performance
• Act as a professional technical representative during service visits and customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with remote technical teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders
• Document service activities accurately and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
• Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations
Your profile:

• Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, electronics, or a comparable field
• Initial hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of technical systems, ideally in renewables
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Polish C1 and English B2 according to CEFR
• Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and work on-site at customer locations
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
