Ihre Aufgaben
Verwaltung von Budgets und Koordination externer Partner für verschiedene Projekte
Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Angeboten
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern und Partnern
Betreuung und Management von Veranstaltungen vor Ort zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Veranstaltung, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Praktische Erfahrungen durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit in einer relevanten Position sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Microsoft Excel Kenntnisse
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
Teamplayer mit flexibler Arbeitsweise und Kundenorientierung
Reisebereitschaft
