Our international Communications Team is looking for an Event & PR Manager (f/m/x) for Italy. šŖ

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all event activities in Italy, from B2B industry events to our own formats. With creative concepts, strong execution, and excellent collaboration within the international team and local leadership, you will ensure maximum brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Independent management of trade fairs and industry events: You identify relevant events in collaboration with the B2B department and are responsible for the entire event organization ā from planning to booth design and branding to on-site execution.
ā¢ Development of your own event formats: You plan and implement innovative events for existing and potential dealer customers, working closely with internal stakeholders.
ā¢ Holistic project management: You coordinate all event activities, are responsible for the budget and timelines, and manage execution in Italy.
ā¢ Support for press and communications work: You optimally prepare speakers for appearances, create presentations, and develop statements for external communication.
ā¢ Measuring success: You analyze and report on the results of our events and continuously optimize our processes and formats.
Your Profile:
ā¢ Education or degree in event management, marketing, or communications;
ā¢ 1-3 years of experience in planning and executing events, including managing service providers and event logistics;
ā¢ Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills ā even when handling multiple projects simultaneously;
ā¢ Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility;
ā¢ Confident, collaborative communication with internal and external contacts;
ā¢ Flexibility in a dynamic environment;
ā¢ Experience with negotiations, budget management, and performance evaluation is a plus;
ā¢ Excellent Italian and good English skills;
ā¢ Willingness to travel regularly for business.
Place of work: Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2, 20156.
Shifts include a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
