Job Title: Junior Software Engineer
Team: Automations
Location: Nashville, TN (On-site preferred with hybrid capabilities)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary

360 Privacy is a leading SaaS company committed to protecting digital privacy for high-profile individuals and organizations. Our platform helps remove personally identifiable information (PII) from data brokers, open web sources, and even the deep and dark web—allowing clients to regain control of their digital footprint and reduce real-world risk.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Automations team to increase the number of automations deployed across the platform and reduce operational load on our SOC. We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is early in their career, eager to learn, and excited to work on real production systems with meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Own well-scoped engineering tasks with guidance from senior engineers
Support senior engineers on projects from inception through implementation
Contribute to building and maintaining web scrapers
Build and consume internal APIs developed with FastAPI
Write production-ready code with proper logging, metrics, and monitoring
Collaborate with Core, SOC, and Integrations teams to validate requirements and deliver solutions
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in Python
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience using Git for version control
Comfort working with command-line tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear and proactive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AWS
Familiarity with containers (Docker or similar)
Basic web development experience, including browser debugging tools
Understanding of RESTful API concepts
Exposure to AI agents or large language models
Familiarity with FastAPI
Experience Level
0 years of experience with a relevant degree OR
1–2 years of experience from a bootcamp or equivalent hands-on training
Entry-level / Junior role
No prior experience in privacy, security, or regulated industries required
