We are looking for a Junior Electrical Systems Integration and Control Engineer - ESIC in Getafe, Spain

In this entry-level role, you will support the design and integration of electrical, fluid, and mechanical systems within the aerospace sector. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop conceptual designs, participate in integration studies, and contribute to system documentation and optimization.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with up to three years of experience, looking to grow their skills in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support the analysis and understanding of mechanical and electrical requirements for aerospace systems
• Assist in defining conceptual 3D designs for feasibility and technical studies
• Contribute ideas and propose improvements for system installations or modifications
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., structures, stress, systems) in a concurrent design environment
• Help prepare detailed documentation for manufacturing and installation activities
• Participate in design reviews and communicate technical findings effectively
• Maintain open and proactive communication with internal teams and customers

Requirements:
About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent technical background (Technician-level candidates also welcome)
• 0–3 years of experience in design, system integration, or technical support (internships and academic projects count!)
• Interest in learning about the functional behavior of aerospace systems beyond mechanical design
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Open to 100% onsite work model

Mandatory skills:

• Execution, revision and validation of mechanical installation of systems
• Advanced knowledge of CATIA V5 in modules related to piping (tubing) and electrical routing
• Detailed documentation of systems for manufacturing and installation purposes
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Optional skills (a plus):

• Experience with 3D Experience or Full3D environments
• Knowledge of Flight Test Installation (FTI) systems
• Broader understanding of system functional behavior and interdependencies
