We operate multiple well-recognized brands and are expanding rapidly through both B2B and eCommerce channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-style environment where ownership, self-motivation, and results matter most. You’ll work directly with our CEO, and Head of Marketing & Sales and play a key role in driving growth for our B2B store.
Key Responsibilities
• Own growth metrics for our Shopify B2B store, including traffic, conversion, subscription sign-ups, and retention.
• Design and run A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments to drive measurable improvements.
• Analyze data (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Excel/SQL) and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Support digital marketing initiatives (SEO, email, paid ads, content optimization).
• Continuously research and test new Shopify apps, tools, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative Design, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure growth strategies are executed effectively.
• Other key tasks required for strategic business growth and success within the team.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or data analytics (Shopify experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required; Postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s) preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL/GA/Looker Studio a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented — you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mandarin Chinese ability is a big plus for cross-country team collaboration, but not required.
