Job Title: Junior Digital Production Designer (Growth & Global Localization)
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: PST
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing global eCommerce brand, find a Junior Digital Production Designer to support their growth and localization efforts across paid social and digital channels.
In this role, you will work closely with Mid-level and Senior Designers who create the master creative direction. Your responsibility is to transform those master designs into hundreds of accurate, platform-ready assets for global campaigns.
This is a highly detail-oriented, system-driven role focused on precision, scalability, and execution. You will be the final checkpoint before ads go live — ensuring every badge, logo, disclaimer, and layout is correct across regions and platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Mass Versioning & Growth Social
• Adapt master creative files into large batches of assets for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Resize designs across all major formats:
• 9:16 (Vertical)
• 4:5 (Feed)
• 1:1 (Square)
• Ensure all assets follow platform-safe zones to avoid UI overlap
• Convert static designs into optimized GIFs and short-form motion assets
• Balance high visual quality with lightweight file sizes suitable for ad delivery
2. Localization & Regional Adaptation
• Swap logos, product imagery, badges, and regional stamps based on country-specific briefs
• Adjust layouts for expansion languages (e.g., German) and RTL languages for Middle Eastern markets
• Ensure all legal disclaimers and country-specific fine print are accurately placed and readable
• Follow localization matrices and multi-step instructions with zero errors
3. Systems, Tools & Workflow
• Work across:
• Figma (components, auto-layout, scalable templates)
• Photoshop (Smart Objects, asset adjustments)
• After Effects (GIF and motion production)
• Build and maintain efficient production workflows using automation (actions, components, templates)
• Maintain strict file naming conventions and organized folder structures
• Own the “single source of truth” for localized and production-ready assets within Drive or DAM systems
Requirements:
Must - Have:
• 2–4 years of experience in digital production design, graphic design, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Experience resizing and versioning assets for paid social platforms
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
• Comfortable following complex briefs, matrices, and multi-step instructions
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Conversational English for collaboration with global teams
Nice-to-Have
• Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns
• Familiarity with localization workflows and regional compliance
• Experience supporting performance or growth marketing teams
• Understanding of ad platform specifications and delivery best practices
• Experience working in fast-paced eCommerce or DTC environments
