Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to support our marketing initiatives through engaging and visually compelling designs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital content, social media, and user-centric design, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team by creating designs that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining strong visual appeal
• Develop and execute visual layouts that align with and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints
• Assist the Social Media Manager in producing content, including:
• Photography and videography
• Short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikTok-style videos)
• Editing of video and image assets

• Design creative assets for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Contribute to UX/UI design for marketing websites and landing pages
• Ensure consistency in design across all digital channels
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and digital best practices

Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Social media design
• Web and UI/UX design work would be advantageous

• Proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma would be advantageous

• Experience with:
• Video editing tools (e.g., CapCut)
• No-code website builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer) would be advantageous

• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics and layout
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
