The role includes:
• Provide 2D drafting and Design support to develop 3-dimensional details for the purposes of design development.
• Producing details of façade systems based on architectural sketches.
• Working closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages.
• Development of own skills in design, engineering, materials, etc.
• Communicating regularly with design team and manager.
• Attending meetings with architects and contractors.
• 1- 2 years’ experience in façade design
• At least one year BIM (Revit or Rhino) experience on building industry
• Degree or diploma holder of mechanical / civil / structural engineering
• Proficiency in MS office
• Knowledge of 3D design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
