The Impact You’ll Make

The Data Labeler supports Machine Learning and Fraud use cases by performing high-quality data annotation aligned with defined guidelines, ontologies, and quality standards. This role goes beyond pure throughput by contributing to quality assurance, labeling alignment, and early signal discovery for fraud-related features in the EMEA region.

This is an execution role with strong quality expectations and close collaboration with regional coordination.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Perform data labeling tasks accurately following defined guidelines and ontologies

• Maintain high consistency and quality across annotations

• Participate in quality assurance reviews and apply feedback promptly

• Flag unclear cases, edge conditions, and potential fraud patterns

• Support fraud feature discovery and validation through labeling work

• Collaborate with the EMEA Regional Coordinator on alignment and priorities

• Adhere to security, compliance, and data handling requirements

What Success Looks Like

• High annotation accuracy and low rework rates

• Consistent alignment with labeling guidelines and ontology updates

• Early surfacing of edge cases and fraud-relevant signals

• Reliable support to EMEA labeling capacity and quality needs

Your Background

• Previous experience in data labeling, content moderation, QA, or trust & safety is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

• Comfortable working with sensitive data under strict compliance rules

• Good written communication skills in English (additional EU languages are a plus)

• Reliability, consistency, and openness to feedback
