We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support data cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks across large datasets. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented and eager to build hands-on experience in data management.
This position is based anywhere in the United States.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Clean, validate, and maintain large datasets
• Identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy
• Support ongoing data administration and maintenance tasks
• Organize and structure data for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Assist in improving data quality processes and workflows
• Maintain documentation related to data handling procedures
Requirements:
• Basic experience or strong interest in data analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python)
• Experience with data cleaning or data quality processes
• Exposure to reporting or dashboarding tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
• Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
