In close collaboration with your colleagues from sales and software development, you will play an important role: Together, you will support our existing customers, build customer relationships, ensure contract renewals, and identify further potential.
These tasks interest you:
• You support our experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in sales activities, such as managing existing customer relationships, negotiating offers and prices, and sales monitoring.
• You create offers in our ERP and CRM systems and track their implementation through to successful completion.
• You maintain and develop lasting relationships with customers, partners, and associations by actively seeking direct communication and continuously expanding networks.
• You research market and technology trends and support us in the strategic direction of our sales activities.
• You regularly attend events and represent XITASO there with confidence and conviction.
That makes you stand out:
• You hold a degree in Business, Public Relations, Communication Studies, or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the IT sector through internships or work-study programs.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills.
• You are willing to travel occasionally to strengthen customer relationships and foster team spirit through in-person meetings.
• You have very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
Salary information:
Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 45,000 - 60,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
