Supporterai nelle attività operative e gestionali legate ai servizi offerti ai clienti:

• Ricezione e gestione delle richieste da parte dei clienti
• Scambio e aggiornamento di documentazione tecnica con clienti e fornitori
• Pianificazione di attività operative su base nazionale e internazionale
• Comunicazione continua con interlocutori esterni (clienti, partner, fornitori) e interni
• Monitoraggio delle attività e qualità del servizio
• Revisione di documentazione tecnica e reportistica
• Utilizzo del CRM aziendale e aggiornamento costante dei dati di progetto

Requirements:
Are you the one?

• Appartenenza alle categorie protette L.68/99
• Esperienza anche breve in ruoli affini: customer service B2B, supporto commerciale, assistenza tecnica, operations/logistica
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office
• Precisione, organizzazione, capacità relazionali, spirito di iniziativ
