We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to advance in the position of Junior CRM Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Execute CRM campaigns accurately, following guidelines from Retention Managers, utilizing all available marketing tools and assets.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaigns; escalate when needed.
Provide informed input on campaign structure, assets, and tools across both internal teams and relevant external units.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the company's marketing platforms and tools.
Maintain clear documentation for campaign assets and platforms, in line with team standards.
Complete tasks on time and review work to ensure quality and compliance.
Follow established procedures and suggest improvements where appropriate.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support the smooth delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
Communicate challenges proactively and request support or training when necessary.
Requirements:
Fluency in English;
Excellent attention to detail;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to follow structured processes and contribute to their improvement.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset, willing to ask for help or training when needed.
Previous marketing or customer support experience would be a plus;
