The Role:
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer to see their work showcased at a national scale.
You’ll work across two dynamic and fast-growing brands:
i-media – the UK’s leading DOOH media owner on UK roads
Pitstop – our innovative motorway rewards app
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their creative skills, confidently move between B2B and consumer-facing design, and contribute to high-impact digital campaigns across screens and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by creating visually compelling pitch decks and creative proposals, helping to bring campaigns to life for prospective clients
Design engaging visual content across digital out-of-home (DOOH), social media, in-app platforms, marketing materials, and branded collateral
Maintain and evolve brand identities for both i-media and Pitstop, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to produce creative assets for campaigns, including mailers, whitepapers, and sales tools
Respond to creative briefs in an agile and solutions-focused way, delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
Provide support on digital assets, including in-app visuals, email templates, and website content
Skills & Experience:
A strong interest in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Comfortable receiving and applying feedback to improve outputs
Interest in digital design, including mobile and web assets
Basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
Soft Skills:
Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organised with good time management
Eager to learn and develop within a fast-growing business

Interview Process:
Video call with Senior Marketing Manager – 30 minutes
Short take-home task to complete following the initial interview
In-person interview with CMO & Marketing Executive, including a presentation of your completed task
