Junior Controller

The Controller is responsible for implementing and managing the information system required to make decisions and manage processes, guaranteeing efficiency and value creation. The core responsibilities of the role are:

- Collecting and monitoring data

- Preparing reports to be used as decision-making support for top management

1.01 Takes care of the process of monitoring and reconciling cost and revenue centers for the retail industry

1.02 Takes care of the quarterly and annual budgeting process

1.03 Collects data and takes care of reporting for the creation of forecasts and variance analysis

1.04 Supports the process of cost of delivery analysis

1.05 Contributes to the entire reporting process, creating P&L, Margin, Inventory, Cash Flow and sales analyses

1.07 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital, finalized activities to innovation and the improvement of effectiveness-efficiency of its Responsibilities

1.08 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

1.08 Promotes , adopts, develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business>

- Laurea ad indirizzo economico/ingegneria gestionale e/o equipollenti 

- almeno 1 anno di esperienza professionale maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente all'interno di un contesto aziendale

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2) 

- Conoscenza di SAP (plus)

- Dimestichezza con strumenti di BI per la visualizzazione ed analisi dei dati (plus)

- Attitudine al Team Working
