Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Controller Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring compliance, and assisting with reporting and control. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a strong foundation in financial control and corporate accounting.

Responsibilities:

Collection, cleaning, and checking data accuracy.

Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports.

Assist in controlling automation projects to improve internal processes.

Generation and update of internal manuals related to processes and finance tools.

Maintenance of reports in the FP&A tool.

Support for the month-end numbers calculation.

Manage confidential information. 

Requirements:

Experience with ERPs will be valued.

Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused under tight schedules.

Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach.

Organized and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Passion for online business and new technologies.
